Write with Me

My goal is to provide a friendly, supportive and casual atmosphere for writers to connect and get some writing done. I host and lead virtual workshops and write-ins, great for writers in need of inspiration, accountability and/or community. Prompts, timer, and encouragement provided all you need to do is show up and write. Scroll down for more info on current and upcoming events.

Morning Write-In

I’ve learned that mornings writing sessions are the best way for me to stick with a regular writing routine. Join me if you’d like to commit to your 2022 writing goals. Write-ins are free to attend.

Sessions are scheduled for two hours, 9am-11am (Eastern), Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Click below for more info and registration.

Tarot Tuesdays Workshop

3pm-4:30pm (Eastern) 2nd Tues every month

Let the Tarot inspire your writing. Provided prompts will vary, including random card draws or divinatory spreads, drawing on the symbolism, imagery, divinatory meaning and/or interpretations from different Tarot decks. No experience or knowledge of the Tarot is required. You do not need to own a deck to participate, the needed images and information will be provided. However, you may use your deck if you choose.ece of writing in this one and a half hour creative writing workshop.

Four-week Workshop

Wednesdays Oct. 5th-26th 7pm-8:30pm

Get witchy with me this October; draw inspiration from witchcraft practices, stories, and poems for your own magical creations. Workshop will meet for four weeks, together we’ll write to a variety of witch-themed prompts, share and offer supportive feedback. Small group of 4-8 participants allows varied sessions of 10-20 minutes writing time on two or three prompts.

Halloween Horror Writing Workshop

October 2022-varied schedule

An hour of monster inspired writing. Tell the story of a daring demon, write an ode to ogres, or create your own mythological creature. Attend one or several sessions to get a variety of inspiration for your own terrifying tales. Write in any style, form or genre; great for writers of all levels, especially beginners with little or no experience. Small and intimate groups, maximum of five participants. Held on a variety of days and times all month long.
